What do your typical daily nut stats look like right now? What about exercise? Are you getting in all your water? Bekah

First of all, girl I HEAR YA! And this is my suggestion. And I will do it right along with you. Its the 5 day pouch test. And it works, it rids your cravings for carbs and gets you on your way to losing again. I dropped 4 lbs in 5 days and I am still going, mainly cuz I don't crave the bad stuff any longer. And I have upped the walking. Here is the site: http://www.5daypouchtest.com/plan/theplan.html Let me know on here or PM me, K? belinda

i am doing a variation of the 5 day pouchtest but i am shooting for the liquid stage for three days, then two soft protien, then two harder protien then three liquid. i'm adding fiber -sure to my protien drinks. i'm just trying to get rid of the bad carb cravings and detox my system all at once. i got to 153 dec. 1st. the other day i was 160!! then today 156. so...... yeah, not good! my goal is 130 so i must get there. i'm going to the gym today too. anyway. that's my two cents. good luck getting the crap out of your diet!

I hear ya!! I have lost a total of 3 freeking pounds this month. Over all I can't complain I have lost 97 pounds since 6/22/07 (DOS) and 134 from highest. But I feel like the loss has come to a screeching halt. Still very greatful for the blessing I have received so far but I am getting a little whiny : ' (.
