GREAT question! Don't know that I'm going to do anything different. I'm still getting in 800-1000 cal and 90-100 g protein per day and exercising regularly. I am trying to change up my exercise routine.... Interested in hearing what others areplanning....

Hey Veronica, I have just joined curves to get me moving again, i am going to start walking again on my off days from curves, the spring/summer months are always very busy work wise for me and that will keep me moving and lots of stair climbing....LOL... i am a realtor so lots of upstairs and basements..........and attics........eating wise i pretty much will eat the same way as i do now....goal though is to get enough in...being on the road alot i find myself not eating as much....but will try... i also have been cooking alot since we moved into our new home.....so lots of healthy meals for myself and my family that makes me feel great! hoping my dr. will do a tummy tuck on me.......early fall i go see him in feb. keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi Veronica! Are you asking how to stop losing? Are you concerned about losing too much? If that's the case: As soon as I reach my goal (9 more pounds) I will probably increase my calories/carbs a tad and cut back on the frequency of my exercise to just try and maintain. Are you asking what are we going to do with our lives in the next 11 months? If that's the question: I plan to get a breast augmentation in the Spring and a TT in the fall, travel to Alaska for a vacation, start taking karate or some kind of self-defense classes, hmmm, I guess thats all I have on my list so far... I guess how to stop losing? I am concerned about reaching the goal weight way too early and not being able to stop losing weight.

I have heard that your body will stop when it is ready and it's pretty uncommon for people to not be able to stop the loss. If you get to your goal and you're still losing then you change your diet to make it stop or I've heard they can give you enzymes to help with absorption - which will slow/stop the loss too. ---Bekah

I guess I'd like the opportunity to at least know what it would feel like to weight too little or have that problem at least for a day. I've stalled out right now. But I'm sure I'll be losing again shortly... cause I know I'm true to myself.
