Good for you for joining Curves. I joined in October. It's a great place to start if you haven't been exercising (routinely) for a while.
I can see (after 3 months) that you can get bored with it after a while, so look for other avenues to get your exercise in too! For me it's hiking up the mountain in the summer and snowmachining in the winter.
If you have a friend to go to Curves with you can encourage each other. It really doesn't take much time away from the family.
