I got those 12's!!!!!!!!
Ok so I went back and got those size 12 jeans!!!
I came home and showed my hubby and I could tell he thought they looked good.........
I cant wait to go out somewhere in them...........
The only "sour" part is that I called my best friend (the one that is loosing weight too right now and is now in a size 10/12 herself)..............well anyways I called her and all she said was .........
"oh really? Are they tight?"
Is she kidding???? Does that matter??? Ya theyre tight! But jeans look HOT tight!! LOL
Its nice to have you guys to come to and know that there wont be any jealousy shrouded comments about my weight loss........
love you guys!!!!
So where did you get them and what brand did you go with? I am finding it difficult to know what size to try on and how to see which styles will fit the best. I am average height with "petite" (love that word!) length legs. Yes short, fat and stubby! But I too need a size 12! I found a regular length pair at Liz Claiborne and I had to hem them...found a pair of Lee's at ..fit right but kinda old styled...found a pait of Jones at Nordtrom Rack but the denim wash comes off on my hands...I would just like to find a pair that is PERFECT so I can buy that brand over and over again!
I ussually only were Mossimo brand from Target but I was waiting for my perscriptions at Wal-mart yesterday so I decided to try on some of their size 12 jeans since I had already tried Targets pants. Well I really liked their Levi Struss low rise (sp?) but they didnt have the "tall"ones that I needed ...........so I tried their "No Boundries" brand and I love the way they fit! The only thing I DONT like is that they have a big curly design on the back pocket in a yellow color that Im not sure is really flattering to my big booty! LOL But I plan on marking or dying it so its less noticable............they were only 16 bucks!! You cant beat the price esspeicially since we move pant sizes so often......right?
Okay....me jealous! *pout*
No, you've done such an amazing job! Don't worry about what your friend says....it doesn't matter. If she can't support you and encourage you, perhaps don't bring up any of it for a while and she might as why you aren't talking about it anymore and then say, "Well, I didn't think you wanted to hear about it because when I bring things up your so negative." If she doesn't bring it up, then at least you don't have to deal with her negativity any more.
Congrats girl....I'm hoping some day I'll get around there.
