OK, let's show Crystal we're out here lurking...but still taking care of our new bodies! What's everyone doing for their exercise program? Michelle - How's the belly dancing? I haven't seen anything like that near where I live, but it sounds like a bunch more fun than sitting on a stupid bike and pedaling like a hamster! Crystal - How's that street paved with diamonds for you to walk on? Anyone taking any interesting exercise classes? My goal is to take at least one class in addition to my 4x/week strength training routine. Today I'm going to a class called BodyFLOW, which combines yoga for flexibility and mat pilates for core strength. Anyone else want to share?

LOL! Every time I trudge along on a bike or treadmill I keep wishing for those diamonds!

I have been working SOOOOO many hours, I haven't had time to work out, but I start my new job tomorrow and am going to get my butt back in to the gym and get on a routine again. I've been on my bike here at home a couple of times, but not enough to get the loss going again. Pam

Hi gang. I'm doing 30 min of weight training and running on the treadmill. I'm working up to a 5 mile run at a local festival with my sister (4 yrs post-op) at the end of February. I don't know if I'll be ready but I'm going to at least give it a try! Bekah

hey cleo: i pulled a back muscle twisting wrong at my desk job! so no weight training or treadmill for me till it heals. ugh. elliptical only till then, i keep changing the ipod tunes so time goes ok on it. I am overdosing on Diana Ross and the Supremes right now, they are so perky! a bunch of folks from Quix are gonna try to run either a 5k, half marathon or marathon (no way) next November in Vegas. I really want to attempt a half marathon but we'll see if I get there. my gym is offering Pilates again too, as soon as this back heals I am so there! judi

I was doing 30 minutes of stationary bike 5 days a week but with Christmas Holidays and school being out it has messed my routine up. I have to get started again.

I've been walking and doing some arm toning but that's about it. I really need to get my butt on base and go to the gym.
