How much are you eating?
Hi Bekah, funny you should ask i was just having this conversation with my husband literally 1/2 hour ago. sometimes just a couple of bites and then sometimes a full cup of food.............i was saying it is funny how sometimes i can eat and other times a couple of bites and i just know not to eat anymore.

Same as you depending on what the food is. Some things seem to feel like OMG with one bite. I don't know what.. I guess some things hang right there. I like those foods because I lose way more if I stick with them. I'm also careful with food combining ..I'm kinda into that . I don't mix protein & high carb in the same meal..I'm just weird like that..but hey..it works for me. I've lost 87lbs. since june 12th (banding).
usually the same as you but this weekend i experienced my first eating like a horse. i hit just over 1,000 calories and ate like a pig. i don't know what got into me.
Farmer's Daughter just told me that the B's can increase hunger. I've been trying to take my B complex in the morning so can I blame that?
I also had low carb, low cal, multi grain bread for the first time in 6 months. can you say carb ***** omg I cannot do moderation. the bread is in the trash.
so, back to your question lol, normally I am with you and I will be back there tomorrow.

I eat about 1/2 cup at a sitting. Unfortuneately it seems that I can eat more carbs than protein...know what I mean? Like, meat fills me up VERY quickly but give me some chips and salsa and I can eat like a ton! Peanut M&M's? Endless amounts! UGH! I need my hubby to go back to work so I can fill the trash can with all the 'garbage' that has entered our home over the holidays!!!!!! I know he wouldn't mind me doing it - I just feel so wasteful doing it!!!!
