Ok Christmas was not to bad..... although I did make the huge meal for everyone and got a little sicky feeling..... i think it was from me making the fruit salad (i make real whip cream and i make it really sweet) so i dipped my finger a couple of times as i was beating it ...and tasted the whip cream to make sure it was sweet enough..... my belly was awful icky feeling for a few hours............ other than that everything went great!!!!!!!!!!!! didn't get much rest and i am feeling it now for some reason...just really really tired............. hope your christmas was good !!no no not good I HOPE IT WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!

Overall I didn't do too bad either but I grazed a little and I don't usually do that. At least I grazed on good things but I certainly don't want to fall into that habit again! My tummy has been feeling kinda yuk for about 4 or 5 days now and I can't seem to tolerate anything - even water upsets the pouch so I'm struggling to get my protein and water... probably a good thing because otherwise I'm afraid I might experiment with some "bad" foods. Hopefully, now that the stress of the holidays is over my belly will come back to normal and I can get back to my routine. Other than that I had a great Christmas! Bekah

mine was ok too. i was never hungry when i was at my mom's. when i am home, i get hungry. i would have sworn it was not head hunger but now i am confused again! i did eat a few rice krispie treats but my calories were less than 1,000 every day no problem so I am happy. hubby and i got guest passes and worked out every day we were at mom's. luckily we didn't break an arm patting ourselves on the back! lol felt good to exercise and made me feel not guilty when i sample the rice krispie treats. Happy New Year everyone! judi

I had a great Christmas. With a 4 year old that really gets Christmas, it was magical at our house. I made all the meals for Christmas day, and even Bake Beans with Brown sugar splenda and got lots of compliments on them. It was a great day. Now for new years...............

I'm glad your Christmas went well! Mine was ok. I was so proud of myself for not eating the cheesy potatoes! (they are usually my favorite...but with a whole stick of butter- I would have been hurtin!) I did try a bite or two of cheesecake but overall made great choices. I think this is the first holiday season that I lost weight instead of gained it! Have a great new years!
