Any bandsters here?
Hi Julie,
You are doing alot better than I am. I am down approx 40 pounds and I have only lost 2 pounds in the last 2 months. I lost 10 pounds for pre op amd the other 30 the first 2 months.I dieted and was faithful waiting for restriction to finally kick in. I have had 3 fillsthat equal 2 cc in my 4 cc band. I think I gave up last month and have lost my way. The last fill made it impossible to eat any kind of dry meat but I am able to consume 2 cups of carbs with no problem. I can eat fried meat or gravied meat. I work full time and can't plan a meal for work very well. Plus I get hungry and eat too fast or the wrong things. this last fill has provided some restriction. I can eat about 1 1/2 cup to 2 cups now.I am going to the Doc Thursday. I honestly don't know if I need a fill or a swift kick.

Julie!!! You are doing just fine..... 1-2 pounds per week... your average is just under 2..... keep up the good work!!
I try to blog daily, but I'm behind a little right now, if you check them out, you'll see why!
Stay in touch, I'm not on here nearly as much as I'd like... but I'm here for you if you need anything! {{hugs}}
Thanks for responding! I'm actually down closer to 70 lbs now due to being too tight (in a big way!). The weight loss feels great, the being too tight not so much. I lost about 20 lbs in the past three weeks alone! I went in for two unfills since my last fill three weeks ago but they didn't help much. Today seems to have made me much better and I'm hoping that I won't need another unfill at my appointment next Sunday if I manage to stay on all liquids this week. If I manage that and I don't feel sick, I may even make it under 200 this week! It will be tough, but at the rate I've been going, it may be possible! If I'm no longer irritated it may take longer. I just hope the weight loss doesn't stop now! I'm so scared it will, and I so want to be down 75 by my six month anniversary next week!
