I just wanted to share this with all of you......please don't flame me if you think my advice is wrong....just thought i would share you don't have to do this or agree..... I went to my support group meeting the other night and we were discussing how we were going to deal with the holiday dinners coming up. our group leader had a few suggestions...... use a smaller plate use a teaspoon to put food items on our plate take a teaspoon of everything that you might like to eat (just a teaspoon if it's something you're not really supposed to be eating) always eat your protein first (even on thanksgiving) don't drink a 1/2 hour before/after and eat every bite slower to savor the flavor she said if you felt like you were depriving yourself of something it will just make you want it the more..... GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU AND I THANK GOD FOR EACH OF YOU ON HERE....

That's very similar to the advice I was given.
