I shoot for 600-800 cals daily with a minimum of 50 g protein. I've been eating Tuna, roast beef and turkey lunchmeat lately to help up the protein. I gained a lb last week and lost it too. But my exercise has been down because I have some terrible neck pain
Are you using sparkpeople or fitday?

Good to see you at the meeting last night... I am not even counting calories, just concentrating on getting my protein in. I truly believe the more you exercise the more calories you can have. Terri Riley (she posts on the RNY board) She exercises a lot!! and I think she said she gets 3000 cal a day. I just ate a very small piece of cheesecake tonight...no dumping for me yet! I don't think I dump... bummer!
