New Years goal
I went to my WLS Dr and I am officially 347....
my goal is to be under 300 by New years eve.
so today I have cleaned out the closet that hasnt been anything but a junk and close for 4 yrs or more....the cat will now be using this area for her buisness
the dog has been eating her food and getting fat and the box is under the home gym we have....I dont use it for this reason.....but tomorrow I am going to get it together and start a work out routine on it....My arms were bad before but oh my I got batwings and could take flight if I loose more weight!
and a walk a day even when I am doing the run around thing....more excersize more weightloss.
I confess the excersizing is my downfall....I know I would feel better if I would do more walking but I have never been a walker and find it hard to get motivated.
Im buying a Hula Hoop....hoping I can use it to DO more/any cardio.
any suggestions? I am ready to embrace life and have spagehti muscles!
