jogged for an hour and walked for an hour (was out for two hours and would walk a block then jog a block. Walked down to the falls and down to the river and then.....well, BACK UP! That's the fun part. LOL Also threw in another steep hill closer to home. So, think I did well moving the bod today.

an Atkins protein bar for breakfast, a half tortilla w/2 slices deli chicken-sprinkled w/ mozz & fat free ranch for lunch, a piece of chicken (no skin)-4 oz peaches for dinner, string cheese for a snack and a beef stick for another snack.
