My Thanksgiving goal....
I wanted to post this on Thursdays since I'll end on a Thursday and we started on a Thursday. Soooo....
I started my Thanksgiving goal needing to lose 16 lbs.
This last week I lost 4 lbs.
I have 12 lbs to go to hit Onederland and the CenturyClub in 22 days.
Just have to remember to keep moving and drinking my water and I'm optimistic I'll get there.
Okay......only way to do it is stay accountable, so I think I'm going to post how I moved my body each night and if I got my water in. You all have permission to kick me in the behind if I don't.

Well, my Thanksgiving goal is a bit less aggressive, since I've been stalling/losing VERY slowly for a while. I just want to reach 250 by then. If I surpass that, GREAT! However, I'm trying to be realistic.
I've been walking, I've been drinking my water, and getting in my protein. GRRR. I see my NUT this afternoon. I hope she has some idea on how to keep things moving!
