Here is one that I'm making for the first time today. It sounded so yummy and I'll let ya know how it came out tonight lol. Crockpot Salsa Chicken 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup salsa 1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed) 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream Add chicken to slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken. Pour salsa and soup over chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve with rice or noodles if desired. NOTES: You may use half the packet of taco seasoning to reduce sodium further. Some slow cookers cook faster than others. The newer ones cook a bit faster and you may have to adjust your cooking time based on that. Nutrition info is for the salsa chicken only, not any rice or noodles you might make with it. sounds yummy donna. ok, i've been struggling with ways to like Fage yogurt since the protein is so high. Took someone's advice off the boards and added: frozen peaches lots of splenda she used almond milk, ihad regular ff milk so added some almond extract zapped in the magic bullet and it was like a frozen yogurt ice creamy type thing i'm gonna order some sf syrups to make it even better but it was yummy this way and with the milk almost 20 grams of protein, yay!

What is the Fage yogurt? I am still having trouble getting my protein in and my hair is falling out.

it's greek style yogurt, thicker than regular yogurt. 6 oz of it has 17 grams of protein. I found a brand called Oikos (or Oykos??), same thing. You don't want the flavored stuff because the sugars are way high. but the unflavored stuff is good to be used as sour cream or doctored up. hang in there on the hair! mine has been falling out since exactly 3 months but the new stuff is growing in too. I had it razor cut short just so I don't see it falling as quickly.

did I mention I am drooling right now? I am trying to learn how to cook (without using the microwave). Hopefully I won't burn something and make the smoke detector go off again!!! Thanks guys!
