Has anyone dumped on fresh fruit?
This morning, I had some fresh pinapple and strawberries. Less than 1/2 cup. I started to dump from it. Stomach cramps, sweats, heart palpatations and then a headache.
Now, I had the fruit from the same bowl yesterday. I had bought a mixed fruit cup at our local grocery, and this had pinapple, strawberries and kiwi. I had about the same amount yesterday, with no issues.
I had my protien coffee in the morning before it. It just baffles me.
Any thoughts?
Oh, God no, but now I'm going to be petrified! I eat fruit VERY rarely, but always along with protein (not before or after but with like 1/2 ccottage cheese mixed with 10 grapes). I thought by 4 months if it was going to happe it would have already. Crap! I guess we're not necessarily out of the woods.
