Breakfast: Peanutbutter cottage cheese oatmeal
Snack: 2 oz provolone cheese
Lunch: Egg salad on 2 wasa crackers
Snack: South Beach snack bar
Dinner: Awesome dinner at a mexican restaurant. Had a salad of grilled chicken, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, colby jack cheese and guacamole. Ate about 1/3 of it, but it was SOOOO good!
