What did you eat today 10/7/07?
Oooo Buffy sorry about your headache! Many many moons ago I suffered from chronic sinus infections and it took a 2-month bout with antibiotics to finally kick a years long problem. Ick and ick!
Anywho, I decided to change up my eating schedule. I don't like to eat dinner until 7 or 8 pm and don't like going to bed on such a full stomach (sounds funny when you remember how small the "stomach" is!). So I'm going to try eating dense protein at breakfast and lunch and have a protein shake at dinner. Strange and will only work if I have something leftover as I DO NOT cook in the morning! So here was today's menu:
B: espresso w/NF milk (that won't change) and 4 oz grilled chicken
L: steak, salad and green beans (left over from last night)
D: protein shake w/FF milk
Calories 754 Fat 20g(whoa!) Carbs 32g Protein 107g

bad eating day here but my bday is this week so i said the heck with it! didn't exercise in the drizzle either, I was a sloth today.
B: 2/3 light Walmart yogurt
S: Nature Valley Almond nut crunch bar (yeah I said it should be a meal, today it was a snack!)
L: crab legs, few bites of salad, few bites of baked potato
d: 1 oz steak with onions
s: sf fudgesicle
s: protein drink
calories 696, protein 60
i told my niece my head is screwed up because on "bad" eating days I'm at 700 calories. she asked what a normal day of calories is for a normal person and I had no clue, I've always been on a diet or in denial. I think it is around 1800-2000 even though that is more than most of us will wind up at. I sent her to thinnerself.com.
she has about 10 lbs of baby weight to lose and i****ting the Starbucks mochas hard. I don't want her to wind up like me.
