B: chocolate protein shake L: 3/4 c. protein plus special k cereal, 1/2 c. FF milk D: 1 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 c. rice a roni,1/4 c. bites of green beans S: SF popsicle 502 calories 11 Fat 42 carbs 66 protein I started using fitday! It is so easy to figure all of this out now! YEAH ME!
