weird day here too, took the in laws out for breakfast and since I still haven't tried eggs because I'm a COWARD, I drank coffee while they ate!
B: coffee
s: some dry roasted peanuts (bad calories!)
L: ****tail shrimp
s: some tuna salad & 3 wheat crackers
D: blackened chicken rigatone (ate a couple of tiny bits of the pasta)
and a lettuce salad
s: small apple
wound up at about 755 calories, 57g protein, WAY too much fat today (but I went for 2 bike rides, over 18 miles, I burned it off!)
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/peanut butter (ran out of cottage cheese)
Snack: Proti snack bar
Lunch: 1/2 cup turkey chili
Snack: 1/4 of my leftover subway sandwich
Dinner: Chicken Marsala w/brown rice (the rice was a mistake, came back up for hours afterwards )
