Man when you set your mind to it, you can do anything!!! Way to go with the calories and protein! LOL about the seeds! I was wondering how you were managing to eat them!

Hi Buffy - What flavor Atkins protein bar do you eat? I've tried (and liked!) the Chocolate Caramel (really tastes like a dessert!) and the Peanut Butter Granola.

I got the Peanut Butter and the Chocolate Chip Granola. I like both of them but they do upset my tummy a little. I have to make sure I eat it really slow. I don't think my body likes the sugar alcohol much.
