YOWZA!!!
I gained 9 pounds of lean body mass in 4 weeks! My percent lean body mass is now greater than my fat! WOO-HOO!
Also lost 21.5 pounds of fat for a net loss of 12 pounds this month. Most of the loss (11 pounds) was in the first 2 weeks. I guess the gain of muscle explains why it took me so long to lose the last pound!
