I need to eat something to boost me up a little still, probably will eat some sugar free pudding in a bit. Breakfast: 2 Egg Beater omelet cups Snack: Pumpkin protein shake Lunch: 2 oz chicken breast and 1/4 of a baked sweet potato Snack: 1 serving Genisoy crisps Dinner: Shellfish stir fry (2 oz each scallops and shrimp, 1 oz each of green beans and water chest nuts, a little sesame oil) 893 cals 62 carbs 26 fat 98 protein

Buffy that is such a cute picture of you and your son! My nieces all have babies but are on the east coast so I don't get to see them often and they grow so darned fast! bad work day so weird food day: B: 1/2 Walmart light blueberry yogurt L: 1/3 Pure Protein Bar D: 2.5 oz broasted chicken S: small apple calories around 500, protein around 48 might try to boost the protein later, who knows judi

Thank you Judi. It took us 10+ years to have him so he's my miracle baby. I wish my parents and my inlaws would go out of their way to see him more. Seems we have to go vist them if we want him to see them and they both live within 45 minutes of us. Oh well - just another one of my rants.

DARN IT ALL FIT DAY IS DOWN...UGGGH well i had let me see....1/4 sandwich of egg salad sandwich on wheat bread toasted 1/2 of cup of vegatable beef soup a protein drink wheat mini sub with one slice of turkey,spinach leaves,pickles,bannan peppers and very small dab of mayo 100 cal snack pack

oh oh i also drank about (5) 30 oz bottles of water today very hot here i just couldn't seem to quench my thirst.

I forgot to put my info into sparkpeople. But here goes 1/2 c cereal and milk coffee w cream 1/2 c ricotta cheese with 1/2 scoop of Matrix Cookies n Cream protein powder Nectar Iced tea 2 tbls of baked ziti 70 oz of water/crystal lite/propel water vitamins and supplements
