I need to eat something to boost me up a little still, probably will eat some sugar free pudding in a bit.

Snack: Pumpkin protein shake
Lunch: 2 oz chicken breast and 1/4 of a baked sweet potato
Snack: 1 serving Genisoy crisps
Dinner: Shellfish stir fry (2 oz each scallops and shrimp, 1 oz each of green beans and water chest nuts, a little sesame oil)
