I can let you know what my nutritionist says Thursday - my loss stopped about 11 days ago. I lost a half pound this morning, but I have a feeling it will go back up tomorrow. I suspect she'll tell me to increase my calories because my exercise routine may be putting me into starvation mode. Other than that, it's just a waiting game. It's also why the surgery is NOT the easy way. It's the same process as before surgery -- just that there's a tool, but we still need to follow the plan faithfully and be patient. UGH!!!

Maybe join in on the "what did you eat" posts so we can look at your menu's. It could be your not eating enough... who knows. Could be your body just catching up too. Hugs!

I think it was Donna who suggested calorie cycling--eating more calories one day, less the next, etc. I did that and I changed the foods I ate. That got me losing again. Also, are you taking your measurements? Jen

Hey sweetie! Don't get discouraged! See what you have been eating and see if you need to increase your calorie intake. I had not lost anything in over a month and the girls suggested I increase my intake.Since I took their advice, I have lost 4 lbs. and went down a jean size in the last week. Try it and see if it works. Who knew eating more could possibly make you lose weight! lol Elisa
