Three months (and 6 days) out...

Sorry, time to brag a bit... Been a while since I have been on here, work has been, well, let's just say it is not conducive to my former stress-eating habits, shall we? Just wanted to share that now I am 3 months out... drum roll.... 116 pounds Pants: Size 50 waist, down to a 42 waist Shirt: 5XL down to a 3XL easily, 2XL if I wear under armor Neck: 22 inches to 18 inches and... yes, went from 6' 2" to 6' 3" TA DA! Way to go! Let me know when you discover how losing weight helps you get taller! My daughter wanted to know if I would get any taller so now I'll have to tell her there's hope. Keep up the good work!

From what the Surgeon told me, all the weight compresses your spine, also keeps us slumped over. By loosing it allows it to spring up... could also be just walking a bit taller now... .;)
