I would say for you THIS WAS A GREAT DAY! Real food not just "2 bites of". I'm so happy for you and you should be proud of the work you're doing. Your case just proves that the surgery is NOT the easy way. You still have to work hard to be healthy irrespective of how easily the weight comes off. There's more to weight loss than being skinny and you're proving it!

Alright, lookin good ladies! I have a really hard time with eating while my husband is away. This is the time when I would be at my worst for bingeing (pre-op), because nobody was around to see it. It was a real challenge to not eat out of boredom today...and I have to get through a whole week of this. HELP! Breakfast: 2 Egg Beater omelet cups Snack: EAS protein drink and a small handful of pistachios Lunch: 1 cup Campbells Turkey Pot Pie soup with 5 panetini crackers Snack: 1 lightly salted rice cake Dinner: 3oz left over chicken breast with the last of the leftover baked ziti, maybe an ounce of it. 1051 calories 93 carbs 35 fat 93 protein

Your mantra for the week (repeat as often as necessary): Nothing tastes as good as thin feels! I feel yoour struggle! Sunday was a strange day for me and I somehow got off schedule and felt like I was putting food into my mouth at the wrong times. But if you continue to journal what you eat, you'll stop yourself from overindulging!
