B: 1 scrambled egg and 2 bites of hashbrowns L: protein shake S: trail mix made of peanuts,almonds,cashews, pretzel rods (small ones) D: 1/2 of a turkey o'toole (dressing on side)only bottom bun- from bennigans and 1/2 c. steamed broccoli

Buffy, you're doing really good on your protein now, atta girl! Crystal, you're starting to eat better too, keep at it! Yay, my girls are going to be healthy! Breakfast: 2 Egg Beater omelet cups Snack: none Lunch: small bowl, maybe a cup total, of leftover baked ziti Snack: none Dinner: Out to Lonestar Steakhouse where I had about 3oz of grilled chicken breast and half of a baked sweet potato and a few forkfuls of salad. Brought a 5 pound to-go box home lol. 904 calories 101 carbs 24 fat 72 protein
