Breakfast: 2 Egg Beater omelet cups

Lunch: small bowl, maybe a cup total, of leftover baked ziti
Snack: none
Dinner: Out to Lonestar Steakhouse where I had about 3oz of grilled chicken breast and half of a baked sweet potato and a few forkfuls of salad. Brought a 5 pound to-go box home lol.
