Well, I certainly made up for yesterdays illness. I felt good today and pigged out lol. Buffy todays numbers look great for you!
Breakfast: 2 Egg Beater omelet cups
Snack: Protein drink
Lunch: Subway 6 inch oven roasted chicken breast on whole wheat, toasted. Most of it anyway, and a few Sun Chips.
Snack: Genisoy Smart Hearts
Dinner: Homemade baked ziti with Barilla plus protein pasta.

I went to a picnic yesterday (3 hr drive each way) and have a hard time estimating the portion sizes but here goes my estimates
Espresso w/NF milk
B - protein drink w/ NF milk (in the car)
S - yogurt smoothie (also in the car right before I got to the picnic - trying to prepare to avoid eating too much!)
L - 1/2 hamburger patty; 2 oz curry chicken salad (LF mayo, chicken, grapes, walnuts), 1/2 c Tex-Mex salad (LF mayo, NF sour cream, FF refried beans, avocado, LF cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions on lettuce), raw vegetables (3 sugar snap peas, 3 green pepper strips)
S - Atkins protein bar (in car on drive home)
D - 1 c Fage yogurt
