Glad everything came out ok. Take a look at the daily menu's and get some idea's from those. They really help me. You also might try entering your food into Fitday or Sparkpeople. It really does give you a great view of what your taking in, nutrition wise.

I know stress can close the pouch up. have you ever tried a few sips of warm tea before eating to try and relax it? no clue here, just throwing out ideas. hang in there, its been getting better, right? cyber hugs, judi

Hey Judi, his opinion on my puking was that I am eating to fast, talking to much,so he suggested that I eat alone (which i have started to do and it has been much better) I just need to eat more is all.NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HEAR THOSE WORDS....LOL Yes and thank you it is getting better.......Cyber hugs back at ya! i love you guys!!!!

Great news! Eat soft proteins - cheese cheese cheese then there's always yogurt and yogurt smoothies - I know, boring but it works. These foods are more like drinking than eating. For calories, high protein (19 g) and low fat, try Atkins Advantage Peanut Butter Granola Bars. One of these a day with your on-the-go lifestyle will keep your calories up and give you protein and help you NOT skip meals/snacks. Target has the best buy around me (6 bars for less than $8). Atkins has other protein bars with chocolate (yum) but less protein. I've seen others post about protein bars they like, but when I've looked at the values, the sugar carbs are higher than this one which is 1 g and the protein is lower. Not recommended as a continued meal replacement, but occasional to make sure you get in calories when on the run. Since you like pizza, try ricotta cheese with a little marinara sauce and mozzarella on top (SKIP the crust - it has no good calories). Also, make sure you tell your husband what the dr said, because I'll bet you a dollar HE WILL MAKE YOU EAT! Girlie, ya gotta keep trying to eat 'cause you gotta have enough energy to keep posting with us!!! Please please please keep trying! We love ya!
