I wish we could edit our msg's. Oh well, I forgot to add my 1 oz Beef Jerky at lunch. So my numbers are really: 400 Calories 14 Fat 16 Carb 52 Protein

Since I was sick as a dog yesterday my calories and such were crap, but I still managed to get my protein in before bed lol. Breakfast: 2 Eggbeater omelet cups Snack: EAS protein drink (insert several hour puke fest here, although note that when this started, I didn't lose my breakfast or snack, they were already out of my stomach.) Bed time: another protein drink that stayed down woot! 361 calories 9 carbs 9 fat 62 protein

B: choc. protein shake L: the topping of a veggie pizza- I can't do the crust, a small salad (lettuce,cheese,tomato) no dressing D: The roast beef off of a jr. roast beef from arbys That was it... its alot less than I have been eating. I just didn't feel like eating today!
