Shedding Hair

I'm shedding mega amounts too. But I just got my hair cut short--well its above my shoulders and its's been way long for 8 years. The good news is that my hairdresser says I have lots of new growth and it's still as thick as ever! Whew! hugs, Jen

Oh yeah, it's falling out. And I've been really good about taking the biotin since a month before surgery. My nut and doc say that this is inevitable. I did read an article this weekend that said you have to lose 50% of your hair before people will notice that it's thinning. I'm hoping I don't reach that stage. But if I do, I know a good wig shop =-)

Mine's falling out fast. It was extremely thick before... Now it looks normal. I'm considering getting it cut shorter so that the loose ones won't tangle so badly as they fall out.

thanks you guys for all the replies. i see my hairdresser thursday. was hoping my face would be thinner so we could go shorter. now if it would just quit shedding all day!! lol judi
