coffee w/ff cream s: protein drink L: 2.5 oz tuna w/light mayo & 3 crackers s: 1/2 light Walmart yogurt D: 2.5 oz tuna w/light mayo & 3 crackers s: few bites of beef jerky more coffee (it is cold, wet and rainy here) calories 675, protein 70ish stay warm!

Crystal, where's your protein at?! Breakfast: Cottage beaters Snack: none Lunch: home made taco salad with meat, cottage cheese, taco seasoning, colby jack, in a bowl (no shell) Snack: Proti bar (bought from the doctor, these taste like a snickers bar, yummy!) Dinner: Subway 6inch roasted chicken breast sandwich (toasted this time) 870 calories 71 carbs 34 fat 79 protein

Read back for the last month and you'll see what I had today --- same old/same old.... They only thing the least bit creative is that I took the left over Chinese vegetables from last night's dinner and added steamed shrimp and hot mustard (Oh boy yummo!). However, after calculating activity calories, I discovered my exercise is wiping out a heck of a lot more than I'm taking in each day. I think I have to up my food calories since I haven't lost any weight this week and have been bouncing up and down about a pound. We'll see..I'll ask the nutritionist when I see her next week.
