Read back for the last month and you'll see what I had today --- same old/same old.... They only thing the least bit creative is that I took the left over Chinese vegetables from last night's dinner and added steamed shrimp and hot mustard (Oh boy yummo!). However, after calculating activity calories, I discovered my exercise is wiping out a heck of a lot more than I'm taking in each day. I think I have to up my food calories since I haven't lost any weight this week and have been bouncing up and down about a pound. We'll see..I'll ask the nutritionist when I see her next week.
