I was sick in bed most of the day, with a sore throat and fever, but took some liquid tylenol after hubby got home and brought me some and that knocked the fever out, yay! Got my 3 month follow up with the surgeon tomorrow too.
Breakfast: Peanutbutter cottage cheese oatmeal
Snack: protein shake and a South Beach diet snack bar
Lunch: skipped
Snack: SF/FF decaf cinnamon dolce from Starbucks and 1 serving Genisoy crisps.
Dinner: 2oz of shrimp and 2oz scallops stir fried in a tablespoon of sesame oil with a little celery and water chestnuts. God my husband can cook!

Sure thing Buffy! I use this awesome low fat powdered peanutbutter I bought from www.bellplantation.com called PB2. It has 70% less fat than regular peanutbutter, half the calories, and a little less protein. I love this stuff! You can use reduced fat peanutbutter as well and I'll give the nutrition info for both so you can see the difference.
1/4 cup old fashioned plain oatmeal (not instant)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup 2% cottage cheese
1 Splenda packet
1 tablespoon PB2 or 1 tablespoon reduced fat peanutbutter
Cook oatmeal and water in microwave for 45 seconds. Add in PB2 or peanutbutter, cottage cheese and Splenda. Mix well and add a splash more water to moisten. Eat up!

Not enough - I only packed 1 oz of turkey for lunch and missed all my snacks. The only thing I did right was get in enough fluids and take my vitamins. I just got home from work/hospital to visit a new RNY/exercise and it's 10 pm. Too late to make up anything - I'm tired and going to bed!
