What did you eat today 9/18/07?
Breakfast: 1 cup Special K protein plus cereal w/ soy milk. Didn't quite fini**** 1 cup was too much lol.
Snack: 1 serving Genisoy crisps
Lunch: 4 oz grilled chicken breast with a couple tablespoons of Litehouse Bleu Cheese dressing. Talk about yummy! Couldn't finish that either hehe.
Snack: Kozy Shack No Sugar Added apple pie ala mode
Dinner: 2oz washed extra lean ground beef mixed with taco seasoning, 1/3 cup 2% cottage cheese and a sprinkle of shredded colby jack. Kinda like a burrito without the tortilla.
