B - Muscle Milk lite S - 1 oz chedder cheese - 3 whole wheat crackers L - 1/2 orange chix lean cusine S - 1/2 of protien bar D - Baked chix - whole wheat pasta - Broccoli S - Milk or protien bullet if I need to complete my protien. 823 Cal 30 fat 64 carb 73 protien

B cup cereal w/ 1/2 cup of milk coffee w creamer L Frigo lite cheese stick, 2 tbls of salsa D 2 oz of Pork loin cooked in crock pot w/2 tbls of BBQ sauce CALORIES CARBS FAT PROTEIN 630 84 18 38 I'm short on protein so I'll have a Nectar Tea protein drink bringing my cals to 720 and my protein to 61

i ate pretty good today! B: protein drink L: 4 bites of a baked potatoe ,and 4 bites of wendy's chili with cheese D:1/2 cup of cerel and skim milk 1/2 calorie pack of 100 calorie snack thing i bought at walmart I might eat the other half in a minute...........lol

thanks Judi......i most of the time do get my protein in...i just don't eat much....i ususally have 2 protein drinks....if i don't eat much... but IT DID FEEL GOOD TO EAT SOME SUBSTANCE TODAY..... i feel pretty good i just get so exhausted..........lol thanks for watching out for me!!!(((hugs to you))))

I ate like a pig yesterday, partly because of the last minute temp job I was called out to. I didn't have a chance to pack a lunch so I had to go out. Living near a military base and trying to find a place that isn't crammed full of people at lunch time (when I only get 30 minutes for lunch!) is near impossible. Take a look at my calories, and then I'll tell you that I dropped ANOTHER 2 pounds the morning after! Breakfast: Last of my IHOP mushroom and swiss omelet w/1 slice whole wheat toast Snack: None Lunch: 3/4 of a 6 inch tuna subway sub on whole wheat Snack: 1 serving of Genisoy chips Dinner: About 4 oz leftover chicken breast, cut up into small pieces and coated with a couple tablespoons of Litehouse bleu cheese dressing. God this was SOO good. 1300 calories!!!! (530 of that was the subway) 86 carbs 77 fat!!! (again, 31 grams of fat in the tuna sub jeeeeeez) 75 protein
