thanks Judi......i most of the time do get my protein in...i just don't eat much....i ususally have 2 protein drinks....if i don't eat much...
but IT DID FEEL GOOD TO EAT SOME SUBSTANCE TODAY.....

I ate like a pig yesterday, partly because of the last minute temp job I was called out to. I didn't have a chance to pack a lunch so I had to go out. Living near a military base and trying to find a place that isn't crammed full of people at lunch time (when I only get 30 minutes for lunch!) is near impossible. Take a look at my calories, and then I'll tell you that I dropped ANOTHER 2 pounds the morning after!
Breakfast: Last of my IHOP mushroom and swiss omelet w/1 slice whole wheat toast
Snack: None
Lunch: 3/4 of a 6 inch tuna subway sub on whole wheat
Snack: 1 serving of Genisoy chips
Dinner: About 4 oz leftover chicken breast, cut up into small pieces and coated with a couple tablespoons of Litehouse bleu cheese dressing. God this was SOO good.
1300 calories!!!! (530 of that was the subway)
86 carbs
77 fat!!! (again, 31 grams of fat in the tuna sub jeeeeeez)
