Running feels great doesn't it something about doing it just makes you smile for hours on end. When i first started i was sore as anything the next morning though but you know what they say no pain no gain. Well done and keep up all the amazing work. Joe

Awesome Katie! I tried it once but "my girls" still hurt when I try to run. I'll probably need a boob reduction before I can try again. I'm like you though, I can't wait until I can really be a runner! Congratulations on a great step forward! Little baby steps and before you know it, you'll be running circles around the rest of us! (hugs) Donna

Have you tried wearing a good quality sports bra? Something like the Jogbra is a good one.

way to go Katie! jogging is my goal too. someone had linked me to the couch to 5k plan. What you did is what I did based on this. walk for 30 sec, jog for 30 sec, walk for 30 sec, etc. after 1 mile of that I was pooped (and I've been a biking machine) keep up the good work!! judi
