What did you eat today 9/16/07?
I did a little test. I had gained 3 pounds because it's lovely PMS week this week. Three pounds that have not budged in like 4 days. So Sunday I purposely ate over 1000 calories instead of the normal 700-900 I've been doing. Yup, scale is down by 3 pounds this morning! You guys gotta try it! Not every day, but a couple times a week at least
Breakfast: Leftovers from IHOP's spinach and mushroom omelet. Still got another breakfast left from it too!
Snack: EAS protein drink and a South Beach Diet snack bar (chocolate raspberry, yum!)
Lunch: Lean Shepherd's Pie
Snack: 1/2 cup turkey chili w/sprinkle of mozzarella
Dinner: Other half of the turkey chili (it was the last of it) with 1 slice of swiss melted on
