after looking at you guys' food of the day I have to just say Oink! Weird day here. I let myself make my first pot of coffee since surgery. Leaded. It was Soooooooo good. I didn't eat till 3:00. Just enjoyed my coffee. B: coffee (with some half and half) S: small apple (no peel) L: chopped cobb salad (about 1/2 of it) - first salad since surgery - yum! D: 2 1/2 of the worst meatballs ever, I am not a cook - papaya enzyme to keep them down S: protein drink S: calorie countdown choc milk about 800 calories (VERY high for me lately even tho it is Nut's goal-did I say Oink?), 58 g protein

Well Saturday was my first day of being really super busy and I didn't eat a single meal at home. It went pretty well I think! Breakfast: IHOP spinach and mushroom omelet made with egg beaters and a piece of whole wheat toast. Only ate 1/4 of it so it's going to be breakfast for the rest of the week! Snack: skipped Lunch: BBQ at a friends house, ate 1/2 a deliciously marinated chicken breast and about 1/4 cup of potato salad. I felt normal and it was great! Snack: skipped Dinner: Had a dinner date with some other friends at a local mexican restaurant. Ate 1/4 of a grilled chicken breast along with 3 grilled shrimp. My fridge is now loaded with styrofoam to-go boxes lol. Best estimate on nutrition for the day: 750 calories 30 fat 50 carbs 60 protein
