I'm feeling good most days. I was napping in the afternoons for a couple of hours but I increased my iron and B12. The scale hasn't movd in a week or so but with 59 lbs gone, and many inches lost I shouldn't complain LOL

You sound a lot like me. I was napping regularly as well. I have lost 54 lbs. and would like to lose another 50 or so. Do you have much more to lose? sounds like you are doing great!!!
