Total lost for each body part - Chest 6.50 Arm 3.00 Hips 7.00 Waist 8.00 Thighs 1.50 Calves 2.50 Forearm 1.50 Shoulder 1.00 Neck 1.00 For a total of 32 inches LOST!!!!

Actually I should say 32 inches GONE! They're not LOST because I don't ever want to find them again. They are GONE for good!!!!!!

THAT IS AMAZING AND YES THEY ARE GONE NOT LOST!!!!!!!!! I wish i would have measured pre-surgery i measure a month out and have lost ton as well i have it on my profile..... GREAT JOB GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WOO HOOO WWOOOO HOOO

Do it now! Your going to lose a ton of inches so if you do it now at least you have something to compare too. It really helps when the scale stops moving for awhile... most the time your still losing inches!

i tried on my biggest pants from before surgery. I think they were a 20 or a 22. I almost fit in one pant leg. i haven't been measuring either. I've been keeping photos and weighing myself. maybe i should start!

Isn't it wonderful!!!!? I belong to Curves (my daughter works there) and she measured me before surgery and I was measured last on August 21 and had lost a total of 29 1/2 inches.. Will be measured again next week.. I probably wouldn't have kept measurements eithr if it hadn't been for Curves , they measure and weigh monthly. Keep up the good work. Alice
