when will I learn?

When will I learn to not guzzle water? I was out running errands and always take water in my car. Well I get back into the car after being in the post office and drink and drink and drink. Before I knew it I consumed about 4 ounces and promptly I only do this with water, not with any other liquid. Aaaargh, I'm so aggravated at myself right now. Thanks for letting me rant.

I've done it too! And it feels so good to guzzle it...until the price is paid.

Its happens to all of us. Just happened to me about an hour ago. not thinking I chugged a sf snapple.

I do the same thing. Today I was in front of my class and I was teaching, I stopped to take a big drink of water and then felt like I was going to puke. Teaching middle schoolers I am sure they would have thought that was funny! Hopefully I will train myself soon. Beth

Oh My Jen, I have done that a couple of times and UGGGGHHHH ......it hurts and then on me i could hear it chugging LOL Rant anytime girl! Love ya!
