Hi Everyone. I went to the NUT today. She said I am doing a good job with my protein and calorie intake. I lost 6 pounds since my dr's appt last Tuesday. Starting weight: 575 Surgery day: 550 Today: 492 TOTAL: 83 pounds... Rolling total: 548.5

Starting weight= 333 Surgery date= 318 Todays weight= 279 --- hehehehe! Lost 6.5 pounds for the last week!!! Total Loss= 54 Pounds to never have to see again! Rolling total= 602.5 !!!
