Spent the day at the hospital with my gpa and so I haven't entered everything in yet but here's what I got down. Those coffee stands are evil, but at least it was sugar and fat free. i had 2 protein drinks today 1/2 piece of pizza 2 small pretzels tapicoca s/f some of you are probably wondering why i eat pizza? i know it is not the best choice but i seem to be able to eat that and not puke........i don't eat any meat just veggies on it

2 protein drinks? You should be proud! And based on the calorie count, I would not hesitate to eat whatever stays with you. I had 2 days (in a row!) last week where nothing wanted to stay down. That is a very weak, sick feeling.

How is everyone able to figure out all the calories and other junk? How much has everyone lost since June? Im down 55lbs and Im not sure if Im behind or not. Holly

I enter everything into fitday.com and get the totals. Some people use sparkpeople.com too.
