Posting this now, since were on our way to the hospital and will probably there late. B: 1 oz beef jerky, sm can v8 juice S: 5 Laughing cow cheese bites L: 1 light moz stick D: 1 Myoplex Protein Shake S: SF Bomb Pop 370 Calories 9 Fat 29 Carbs 46 Protein

I havent even had lunch yet...but will post later... Am wondering what is considered an acceptible amount of carbs per day? Is there a particular number we should try to keep it under? Becky

I have lit from the dr that says 35 g but the nutritionist told me last week I'd be okay keeping it under 75 g, which sounds like a lot if calories are under 800! I found references online to ratios of 20% fat, 20% carb, and 60% protein, which is what seems to work for me with 800 calories whi*****ludes 90-100g are protein.

b protein shake l:4 bites of a greek salad d:1/2 cup of campbells chicken noodle soup 2 bites of laughing cow cheese OH OH......i had about 5 licks of a frozen rasberry yogurt ice cream..........it was so hot here today very muggy and hot 96 so i stopped after showing a home and got me a baby cone.....THE FUNNY THING WAS YOU KNOW HOW YOU GET A BRAIN FREEZE FROM EATING ICE CREAM TO FAST....IT FELT EXACTLY THE SAME WAY IN MY POUCHY......THREW IT OUT THE WINDOW AFTER THE 5 LICK...BUT IT WAS VERY YUMMY
