DIDNT THINK IT WOULD FEEL LIKE THIS
SO I just went into my room to start getting rid of clothes and oh my god I totally am having the hardest time doing it. Its like I need to hold on to them in case. Wow and I know theres not ever gonna be a time in my life I'll wear any of these fat clothes again. I think I am a clothes hord. Last night I put on a pair of jeans I been wearing for the last 3 years and it looked like a jenny craig commerical so my husband was like throw out all big stuff you dont need it, and i am just like i cant, I never thought I would feel like this about getting rid of all my fat clothes, i thought I'd be wow excited. and its a 2 day process cause i am done for the day, its so smoky and hot outside its not even beliveable,
GIRL GET RID OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get ready for all the cute little sexy summer clothes for next summer.............WOO HOO.........but seriously isn't funny how we feel the need to hold on to some of the things????????? i think it's because we have all yo yoed so much....well that's my eason anyway........good luck to you and the clearing out.....
((((hugs to you))))
I kinda had a hard time getting rid of things too...................there were some things that were easy (like old stretched out things) but there were some things that i guess I had become kinda attatched to. I think it has a lot to do with what we had to go through to find those items that made us feel good and accually FIT! Finding clothes use to be a TON of work and now its getting way easier..............to bad I cant REALLY shop yet due to the fact that we only wear clothes for a few weeks now............
get rid of those baggy clothes and give them to someone who needs them more..................your way too pretty to hide behind baggy clothes!!
What you're feeling is totally normal. For years what have we done, attempted to lose some weight and ended up putting it back on. So, that's what your brain is saying...hold onto them. But, we've corrected that need now. As long as we use our tool...we can get rid of them...they may be cute, but they'll be even cuter in smaller sizes right?

Part of me wants to say "get rid of them!" but then again, I totally understand what you're feeling. Try doing what I did. Don't throw them away...just pack them away. Like I did with the skinnier clothes I packed away because I might fit into them again someday... that was years ago! Put the stuff that doesn't fit in a bag or box and hide it away in your closet or attic. Later on down the road, when you're feeling more secure in your new weight, you'll feel better about tossing them or giving them to someone else who is losing weight and needing the size you've packed away. Good luck sweetie (hugs)
