Well its not dinner time here yet, but so far I have had

Bowl of Special K
SF Popsicle
1/3 protein bar
Bowl of special K
Crystal light green tea
I dont keep track of my carbs and protein and stuff.... Well I make sure I get the protein in....but other than that I don't. How do you caount calories and protein on things like chicken breat or an oz of tuna?

I love the goal page, I know now that I am 117 lbs from goal and that I will need to loose 2.86 lbs per week in order to reach that goal by my surgerversary date of June 18, 2008.
So today I ate,
(morning) Good2go protein drink
(Breakfast)1 cup special K
Water
(Lunch)another cup Special K
SF/FF Popsicle
Crystal Light green tea
(dinner) 2 slices of marble low fat cheese
1 oz of tuna
crystal light green tea.
Then later some chunky chicken veggie soup
Calories 723
Fat 10
Carb 92
Protein 61
Calories burned according to the activity page.... 953 and it was a very low activity day.

Breakfast: 5 panetini crackers with crab salad (weird breakast!)
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast w/mushrooms onions and cheese (leftovers from last nights dinner, all of it came back up, lucky me!)
Snack: 2 cubes of swiss cheese
Dinner: 4 slices eggplant w/spaghetti sauce and mozzarella
Snack: turkey cheese stick (needed more protein since lunch didn't stay with me)

47 fat (ouch! that dang cheese)
