Well its not dinner time here yet, but so far I have had Good@go protein drink (20g) Bowl of Special K SF Popsicle 1/3 protein bar Bowl of special K Crystal light green tea I dont keep track of my carbs and protein and stuff.... Well I make sure I get the protein in....but other than that I don't. How do you caount calories and protein on things like chicken breat or an oz of tuna? Becky

I enter everything in Fitday.com and it figures it for me! That way I can keep track of everything. You can even run reports that show your averages, etc.

OK...so Im at fitday.com...thank you BTW. I guess we have to add our protien drinks to our totals manually? since I dont see them in the choices? Becky

You can add a custom food and enter the numbers. Then each day you just select it and it adds it in.

Thanks for the fitday info Buffy..... I love the goal page, I know now that I am 117 lbs from goal and that I will need to loose 2.86 lbs per week in order to reach that goal by my surgerversary date of June 18, 2008. So today I ate, (morning) Good2go protein drink (Breakfast)1 cup special K Water (Lunch)another cup Special K SF/FF Popsicle Crystal Light green tea (dinner) 2 slices of marble low fat cheese 1 oz of tuna crystal light green tea. Then later some chunky chicken veggie soup Calories 723 Fat 10 Carb 92 Protein 61 Calories burned according to the activity page.... 953 and it was a very low activity day. Thanks again for the info

Breakfast: 5 panetini crackers with crab salad (weird breakast!) Snack: Protein shake Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast w/mushrooms onions and cheese (leftovers from last nights dinner, all of it came back up, lucky me!) Snack: 2 cubes of swiss cheese Dinner: 4 slices eggplant w/spaghetti sauce and mozzarella Snack: turkey cheese stick (needed more protein since lunch didn't stay with me) 1163 cals 62 carbs 47 fat (ouch! that dang cheese) 116 protein

Donna - I have abo****ely no problems with food OTHER than leftover meats and poultry! I, the queen of cook once eat twice, just can't do it anymore, not even with restaurant leftovers! I wish I had someone else at home to eat the leftovers.
