Bad day for me.... spent most of the day sick in bed with the flu. Tried to get my liquids in though.... So mostly just had broth,, water, and lots of tylenol!!! Hopefully, I will feel better tomorrow.

Breakfast: 1 cup Special K protein plus cereal w/1 cup soy milk (213 cals, 19 protein) Snack: EAS protein shake (110 cals, 17 protein) Lunch: 1 lasagna roll (198 cals, 15 protein) Snack: 5 Panetini bread w/1 wedge Laughing Cow light spread on them (155 cals, 7 protein) Dinner: Went to El Chico's mexican restaurant. Had 1/2 a chicken breast with sauteed mushrooms and onions and a slice of monterrey cheese and a couple of forkfuls of mexican rice. (300 cals, 37 protein). 975 calories 86 carbs 30 fat 94 protein
