Please join in! I think posting my menu here helps me stay on track, and it also gives me ideas of other things to try! B : CIB L: Imitation crab and a cheese stick S: Protein Soy Chips D: Wonton Soup S: Imitation Crab 715 Calories 57g protien 56oz fluid so far.... Need to get some more drinking in before bed time!!

B: protein shake (40 protein) L: 2 cheese pretzel bites and 4 pieces of watermelon (YEAH! I did it.. I actually ate fruit and like it!) S: protein water and 1 oz. low fat cheese and 2 low fat triscuits D: 1/4 of turkey and ham dry panini ( and only the bottom part of bread) 5 bites of a greek salad with feta,lettuce,tomato,cuc and mush. - dressing on side and I just dipped my fork in it a few times WOW! I ate alot .... Beth

ok let me think>.....i had a protein drink 2 bites of pizza with green peppers and mushrooms kashi bar 1/2 of it piece of rolled turkey breast
