B: 1 Myoplex Carb Sense protein shake
S: small can of V8 juice & light moz stick
L: 1/2 Peach, Instant SF Oatmeal w/ 1/4 c cottage cheese mixed in
S: 5 laughing cow cheese bites
D:100 Cal Wheat Thin toasted chips & Laughing cow cheese wedge
S: Pumpkin Muffin

L: 2 cheese pretzel bites and 4 pieces of watermelon (YEAH! I did it.. I actually ate fruit and like it!)
S: protein water and 1 oz. low fat cheese and 2 low fat triscuits
D: 1/4 of turkey and ham dry panini ( and only the bottom part of bread)
5 bites of a greek salad with feta,lettuce,tomato,cuc and mush. - dressing on side and I just dipped my fork in it a few times
