Anyone know where Miguel has been?

It's been awhile since Miguel has posted...he hasn't weighed in for a couple weeks. I know he had started working out at the gym, so he was doing really good....just getting concerned we haven't heard from him for so long. Pam

Thanks for thinking of me Pam. I've been here. I lurk every night just haven't had time to post. Been going to the gym 5 days a week- helping my cousin with his trucking company- and my girlfriend is back at work (she drives school buses). So my days have been pretty full. Haven't posted my weight because I don't have a scale- working on getting one soon. I went to the dr today- I've lost another 11 pounds- I'm at 497 now. I go to my NUT on Monday. I'll let you all know how that goes. Maybe I"ll lose another pound before then...LOL Miguel Starting weight: 575 Surgery day: 550 Now: 497 Total: 78 Pounds...

Oh Miguel....thank you so much for posting to let us know you are okay. Life does get a bit busier when we are able to move easier doesn't it! *S* It sounds like you are still doing a FABULOUS job! Keep it up Miguel! I am going to add your loss onto the weekly weigh in. Check in once in awhile so I don't worry so much. LOL....it's a mom thing. LOL Pam
