Hey all, I want to thank you for your thoughts, prayers and replys... I was able to drink like almost 64oz of water today. And I went to a Church Labor Day BBQ and I was able to eat 1/2 a SMALL chicken breast and couple bites of beans, potato salad, watermelon. I'm still feeling depressed...I wish I could just snap myself outta feeling liek this makes me mad. Anyway, I'm really frustrated mainly with my tiredness and dizzyness because it's keeping me from getting some good excersise, that I want and I know I NEED. ERR Oh well, such is life...I just don't want to live like this forever...to late for that I guess. Ok I am going to stop now because I am getting "Woe is me" and I hate when I get that way. God Bless, Robin

Robin: I'm so glad you got some food down! Have you thought about a temporary anti depressant? Seriously, whatever works. hang in there! judi

I'm glad you're doing a little better Robin. Try to hang in there, it will get better! Also remember that the rapidly melting fat will affect your hormones and things will be a little crazy until your body is a little more accustomed to the weight loss. I am finding myself in a semi-permanent PMS state these days (much to my husband's regret). I sat reading CNN.com and tears were pouring down my face for the littlest thing, I had to stop reading lol. Maybe you'll feel better coming here to vent when you're feeling down. We're here for you if you need us sweetie. Donna

Oh Robin, I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling a little bit better. Keep getting in your fluids and as much food as you can get down. That may help you to feel a bit better too. The hormones being released so rapidly into your system is what causes the depression and you should talk to your doctor as it is not uncommon to need some anti-depressant for awhile after the surgery. Keep on looking up! Looks like things have started to already. Pam
